Ministry Flows from Relationship.
Grace is extended to people in practical loving relationships. That which is ministered is also shared among the mutual relationships of those who minister (Romans 12:3-15).

Authority Functions Through Relationships.
Authority Functions Through Relationships and is based on a consensus of trust in relationships. Our relationships are built by love that serves and endures through tests and trials (1 Thessalonians 2:1-13).

Excellence and Integrity Honor God.
Ministry and mission that reflect uncommon excellence honor God and inspire people. We endeavor to be culturally relevant while we maintain doctrinal and scriptural integrity (Colossian 3:17; 1 Corinthians 9:19-23).

Respect for Diversity is Essential in Maintaining Unity.
We embrace the diversity of gifts, perspectives, and cultures among us as complementary to one another. Harmony rather than conformity is the basis of oneness among us (Ephesians 4:1-7).

Leadership Develops in the Context of Responsibility.
Generally, we raise up leadership within the local congregation in the context of relationships and ministry assignments. Gifted individuals are qualified through patient inculcation of values over time, and as the Lord confirms their faithful service (Jeremiah 30:21).

As We Are Corporate, We Are Apostolic.
We believe that all the gifts of the Spirit should be operative in the church, with submission given to the leadership of the five-fold gifts. We combine our spiritual gifts and callings to work together toward a common task of mission. As the five-fold ministry gifts honor one another in discernment and serve together, the impact of their corporate anointing is apostolic (Ephesians 4:11-16).

Commitment to Missions Shapes All Other Priorities.
Extending the Gospel witness to one's sphere of influence is essential to fulfill Christ's mission to seek and save those who are spiritually lost. Local churches reproduce themselves in the formation of additional churches and ministries, with the guidance of apostolic oversight (Matthew 28:1, 8-20).

We Are Members of the Body of Christ.
Local churches are strengthened in their life and mission by joining in a common purpose with a network of other congregations and ministries. Networks of churches and ministries are revitalized through fellowship and consultation among their leaders (1 Corinthians 12:12-14).
